Pecan Spaghetti Squash with Feta and Chickpeas
•2 Cups Cooked Spaghetti Squash
•1 Tbsp Feta
•1 Cup Grilled Bell Pepper
•1 Tbsp Chopped Pecan
•1 Tsp Olive Oil
•2 Tbsp Chickpeas
•1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
1.Microwave or prepare spaghetti squash in oven.
2.Mix in olive oil and black pepper.
3.Top squash with: grilled peppers, chickpeas, chopped pecans and feta.
