- Coconut Oil 2 cups for deep frying
- Large Potatoes 8 (2 per serving)
- Black Pepper powder ¼ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
1. Peel off the potatoes.
2. Cut them into strips of ½ inch in thickness.
3. Soak these strips in ice water for 1 hour.
4. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels.
5. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan.
6. Deep fry the potato strips until it is golden brown in color.
How to Serve: Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on it to make it tasty. One can also garnish it with coriander leaves, mint leaves and other spices.
