Healthy Nut Crackers
Perfect for eating your daily amount of nuts, and therefore perfect for having you daily amount of good fats

Ingredients (6 crackers):
- 30 almond nut
- 15 hazelnuts
- 20 pistachio nuts
- 2 spoonfuls of stoneground oats (= finely milled oats or use blended rolled oats)
- 1 egg white
Pre heat the oven at 180°C
Smash the nuts into tiny pieces
Add the oatmeal and the egg white and stir well.
Split the mixture into 6 and place it in a non-stick tray
Shape the mixture into rectangles and press firmly.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden.
