Latvian Style CHICKEN WINGS
Yummy chicken wings latvian style this recipe serves 4 people We used to make this dish a lot for dinner and its not that bad for you If you don include potatoes you can have this for dinner any time : If you are making this dish with potatoes then keep it in the Oven for 1 hour otherwise 45 min is ok.

This recipe serves 4 people.
You will need the following ingredients:
1 kg of chicken wings -- around 10-12 wings
Salt and Pepper
5 tbsp. of mayonnaise
6 cloves of garlic
3 medium carrots
6 medium potatoes
50 ml of single/double cream ( If you want it more creamy, use double cream)
To make this lovely dish you need to do the following:
Step 1 : Preheat your Oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2 : Prepare the vegetables. Peel and cut potatoes into half, cut carrots into disks, and cut tomatoes into slices. Chop garlic into small pieces, if you have a garlic squeezer -- use that.
Step 3 : Place potatoes on to the baking tray, add carrots and tomatoes
Step 4 : Wash chicken wings in cold water.
Step 5 : Make the sauce. Add mayonnaise with garlic into a bowl. Mix well, add salt and pepper.
Step 6 : Marinate chicken wings, one by one in the sauce and place them on the baking tray on top of the potatoes.
Step 7 : Repeat for the rest. Sprinkle a bit more salt and pepper on top and all over the vegetables.
Step 8 : Place chicken wings into the owen for 60 min at 180 degrees. Half way through check the wings and add single cream all over the chicken and vegetables.
Step 9 : Serve with vegetables, 2-3 chicken wings per person.
