Today I have made lovely Latvian Style Peppers. I love this dish because you can make it different every time you cook. Use your imagination and create fantastic stuffed peppers. This recipe serves 4 people. I made mine with some minced meat but you can use beans instead of meat and make this dish vegetarian.

The ingredients you will need are the following:
120 gr of minced meat
2 cloves of garlic
80 gr of rice
4 peppers
100 gr of sweetcorn
2 tomatoes
Salt & pepper
To make this dish you need to do the following:


Step 1 : Boil your rice on a medium heat
Step 2: Fry the minced meat with garlic and olive oil for about 5 min.
Step 3: Cut tomato into small pieces. In the same bowl, add sweetcorn, rice, minced meat and mix together.
Step 4: Cut the lids of the peppers and stuff your peppers with the filling we created.
Step 5: We place the peppers for about 30 min into the pre heated oven at 180 degrees.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy
